jacket 'round her waist.
Laundrey day, oh joy. So maybe it wasn't a good idea to bring a couple of dirty pants and shirts with her, but really how hard could doing the laundrey be? Cody shrugged as she lugged the gym bag full of her dirty clothes to the laundromat, she glanced at people making it clear that she thought they were insane, which wasn't entirely true. Sure, she was forced into coming here, but really she couldn't have had more fun-well, she could've but she'd settle for Camp Brunswick this summer. She knew it'd be nice to piss off her parents, show them that when they take a swing at her, she'd come back even stronger. Yeah, she was certainly an optimistic, but you point that out and she just might bite.
Practically falling through the door Cody found herself in the empty room, great so she had to figure it out all by her lonesome. She stood infront of one of the laundrey machines, not bothering to close the door behind her. Hmm, so how did this gadget work? Cody was born into a wealthy family, last time she was near a laundry machine she was in it. Yeah, she couldn't resist, and her brother told her it felt like a massage share. She was five, you'd believe that if you were a kid, right? ..right? Anyways, the inncident had given her quite a few fancy bruises, all over her back. She wasn't allowed near laundrey machines since-she admitted that it was quite fun, and her brother had laughed so hard he was crying.
Great, five minutes of simply staring at the laundrey dryer like it was an alien come to teach her how to breath in outer space, and she still hadn't figured it out. Probably because she wasn't exactly looking at it, she was staring, her head tilted, her finger over her mouth like she was thinking, when all she really saw was a big white blob. Maybe she should've gotten some sleep, that would've helped. She blinked, snapping out of it. She unzipped her bag, and opened the laundrey machine, she put her hand on the machine next to it which was currently working, suddenly it made a loud thud, and it stopped. Cody, unaware that it was simply done, took her hand back and wondered if she had broken it.
"Err.." she spoke cautiously, as if someone was gonna jump out and accuse her of breaking it-which she really believed she did. She took a few steps towards the machine, poked it, and then slowly opened the machine and peeked inside. "Huh. So thats where you put the clothes.." she said, suddenly wondering who's clothes these were. She remembered her maid had told her, mess with a prissy girl's clothes and you might as well shoot yourself. Cody pulled back and said aloud, more to herself than anyone else, plain and simple, "This sucks."
