Description: It has been three years since the end of the second war. Remus Lupin, Severus Snape, Voldemort, Bellatrix Lestrange, Nymphadora Tonks Lupin, and Fred Weasley are all dead. George and Ron Weasley have taken up the Joke shop and are running it as Fred is now gone, and Ron is in a relationship with Hermione. Neville Longbottom just now happened to be the new Professor for Herbology at Hogwarts. Luna Lovegood is now a wizarding naturalist. And Harry Potter is now in training to become an Auror and entering his three year relationship with Ginny Weasley, while Teddy is with his grandmother while he is attending training.
But it was just eight short hours ago that Harry found himself in a rather nasty fight that had the love of his life walking out the front door and leaving him alone in the house on the un-naturally cold morning. Harry couldn’t help but feel emotionally distraught as Ginny walked out on him, leaving him distracted during all of his training.
When Harry returned home to find that Ginny was no where to be seen he took a trip into Asia. Upon wandering around, just skimming through items Harry came upon a woman selling necklaces. And as Harry got a closer look he realized one looked like the time tuner that Hermione had used to get to all her classes in their third year at Hogwarts.
Harry’s mind went to work. He figured since this would be the only time turner left since in their fifth year they had destroyed them all he had one chance to fix the fight that he had with Ginny. Quickly buying the necklace from the old woman he tossed it on and twirled the small dial eight times.
When everything stopped moving he realized that he had not been sent back eight hours, but he had been sent back eight years in the past. He was at the Dursley’s house and he was twelve, a short way from becoming thirteen. The only thing was, he was lying on his back, just having woken up when he noticed the familiar place. Was it all a dream? It couldn’t be. He remembered all the people that had died a lot of them he didn’t even know. He just couldn’t remember how or when. What had he done for eight years? How did his school years end out? What happened to have all these people dead?
